LIMITED TIME! Pumpkin Biscoff Coffee Cake

I don’t know if you’ve seen the video but if you haven’t, let me fill you in.

On a whim, we created what might be the best combo known to man: pumpkin cake, made with freshly puréed pumpkin of c, soaked with Italian espresso, topped with biscoff swiss meringue, salted caramel, and crushed biscoff cookies.

Will feed 1-2 but we do suggest 2 very very lightly. Sharing is not caring. We said what we said.

Limited quantities, available for one weekend only!

To freeze for up to 3 months, place the container directly in the freezer. Yes, really, it’s that easy. Thaw in the fridge overnight (but no one has that time) or on the counter for 2-3 hours. Also, just eat it frozen. It kinda slaps.
